1. Validity

The terms and conditions are valid for all transactions between the Swiss National Park (www.nationalpark.ch) and its private customers. They can only be accepted or refused as a whole.

Note

Whosoever makes a purchase from www.nationalpark.ch accepts these terms and conditions by clicking on the respective button. In the absence of acceptance it is technically not possible to place an order.

2. Offers

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT at the current rate (7.6% at time of publication) (VAT no. 429 548). Details and prices shown in the catalogue cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept any liability for availability or error.
Prices, availability and conditions for trade customers will be given on request. www.nationalpark.ch can reject orders if it is deemed that they are for commercial use.

Note

Prices are subject to change. Articles may be sold out.

3. Orders

Orders can only be placed via the online ordering system (shopping basket). There is no minimum order value. By clicking send to place an order you enter into a binding contract with www.nationalpark.ch.

4. Delivery

Articles in stock will be dispatched immediately. Items not in stock when ordered will be dispatched as soon as they become available. A detailed invoice will be sent with each delivery; items outstanding will be shown.
Orders are dispatched via Swiss Post.

5. Delivery dates

Current availability is shown in the detailed list for each article. This information is given without guarantee. If delivery dates are not upheld this does not give the customer the right to cancel their purchase contract, nor to make any other claims. Delivery dates imposed by the customer cannot be accepted.

6. Returns & Refusal to accept delivery

For copyright reasons items delivered correctly, or opened, cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned because the customer is not satisfied with their purchase cannot be accepted. If customers refuse to accept correctly delivered goods, or return correctly delivered goods, we will charge the costs incurred by us; there will be a minimum charge of CHF 20.00. Our rights in respect of the purchase contract remain unaffected.

Note

If you are not certain that you want to purchase an article, please do not place an order until you are certain that you wish to do so. Returns cannot be accepted.

7. Guarantee

Faulty items will be exchanged. The error must be notified within 7 days of receipt, by email, and must be deemed reasonable by us.
