Hiking trail

Closed
This well-frequented route has become increasingly popular since bearded vultures were released here between 1991 and 2007.

A good 3 hours’ walk leads us through an interesting section of the Pass dal Fuorn forests and the wonderfully varied flora of the Park’s alpine meadows. The nature trail provides detailed information along the way, in 5 languages.

Particularities
Nature trail, extensive Pass dal Fuorn forests, marmots at Alp Stabelchod, the site of bearded vulture releases (1991 – 2007) is visible from Margunet.
Focus leaflets to accompany this walk can be purchased at the National Park Centre in Zernez or via our shop online (Vegetationsentwicklung and Murgänge – only available in German).
